These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FrontCove's website at frontcove.com and our AI receptionist and web design services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FrontCove provides AI-powered receptionist services and website design services to small and medium-sized businesses. Service details, features, and pricing are described on our website and in your service agreement.

2. SMS Communications

By submitting our contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from FrontCove at the phone number you provide. These messages may include information about our services, promotions, and follow-up communications.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected]
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service

3. Payment Terms

AI receptionist services are billed monthly. Fees are due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following month.

4. Service Availability

FrontCove aims to provide continuous AI receptionist service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FrontCove services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content through our AI receptionist

6. Intellectual Property

All content on frontcove.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FrontCove and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrontCove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice. FrontCove reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Bernardino County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
